Feeding Challenges Support
Targeted help for specific concerns including painful latching, low milk supply, oversupply management, expressing and pumping guidance, bottle introduction, and feeding refusal. No challenge is too small or too complex.
Tongue-Tie Guidance
If indicated, oral assessment and support for tongue-tie concerns. I'll help you understand the impact, explore feeding strategies, connect you with appropriate specialists if needed, and support you through any treatment and recovery process.
Formula-Inclusive Support
Combination feeding, exclusive formula feeding and transitioning support provided without judgement. I believe all feeding choices deserve expert guidance, whether you're supplementing, weaning, or choosing formula from the start.

What Is Tongue-Tie?
Tongue-tie (ankyloglossia) occurs when the tissue connecting the tongue to the floor of the mouth is too tight or short, potentially restricting tongue movement. This can affect feeding, though not all tongue-ties cause problems.
How I Can Help
I'll assess whether a tongue-tie could be impacting feeding, demonstrate positions and techniques that may improve the situation, signpost to local tongue tie practitioners, and support you through decision-making and any procedures.
