About Elizabeth
Breastfeeding Support Experience: 
Over 5 years experience working within the NHS as part of NHS Infant Feeding Teams. 
Over 8 years experience of volunteer breastfeeding support. Initially as a breastfeeding peer supporter and over 5 years experience as a breastfeeding counsellor (trained by an international breastfeeding organisation). 
Personal background:
As a mother of 3,  I appreciate how difficult establishing breastfeeding can be. I quickly became keen to support other mothers to meet their breastfeeding goals. 
I am dedicated to empowering mothers and families by providing respectful, evidence based and individualised care.

At least 1000 hours of clinical lactation practice in real-world settings with diverse families.

90 hours of lactation specific education. 14 Health Science background courses.

Regular recertification and continuing education to maintain current best practices.
